Steele Buick GMC  is looking for an exceptional  New Car Sales Manager  to help lead our dealership into its next phase of growth and success.

Fresh off earning the prestigious  2025 GM President’s Club Award ; an achievement earned by only  four GM dealerships across Atlantic Canada ;

What You’ll Lead

Coach, mentor, and develop a high‑performing New Vehicle Sales Team

Drive sales performance while maintaining a customer‑first culture

Lead daily sales activities, performance management, and accountability

Monitor and improve dealership KPIs, conversion metrics, and profitability

Oversee inventory strategy, merchandising, pricing, and vehicle presentation

Support digital retailing initiatives and online sales performance

Partner with Finance, Fixed Operations, and Leadership teams to drive dealership success

Recruit, develop, and retain top automotive talent

Foster a positive, engaged, and performance‑driven culture

Qualifications

3‑5+ years of automotive sales experience

Previous leadership experience in a dealership environment

Proven success driving sales performance and achieving targets

Strong understanding of dealership operations and profitability

Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

Previous New Car Manager or Sales Manager experience

Knowledge of vAuto and inventory management strategies

Experience with Auto Alert or equity mining platforms

Understanding of dealership KPIs and performance metrics
