Position: Full-Time Director for AEI's Offshore Program

In this full-time Director role, you will collaborate closely with the Vice President to lead AEI’s Offshore Schools Program delivering New Brunswick’s curriculum worldwide. The position demands a leader with a proven track record in managing change and fostering relationships with diverse international partners. Your strategic insights will guide program excellence and compliance with accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct strategic planning and improvement of the program

• Maintain regulatory compliance and program quality

• Lead evaluations of new offshore school partnerships

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and educational leaders

• Assess program performance and initiate improvement plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or related field

• Eight years of leadership experience

• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes

• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder engagement

• Valid passport with international travel eligibility
