• Lead with a balance of heart and strategy, developing a high-performing team, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive culture.
• Own hospital operations including payroll, inventory, policy compliance (CVO/Controlled Substances), and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalism and focused on solutions.
• Use your problem-solving and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.
• Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change

• Are energized by helping others succeed and believe in clear expectations and supportive feedback.
• Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to streamline operations and problem-solve on the fly.
• Have a knack for balancing day-to-day logistics with big-picture thinking.
• Know how to create an inclusive, team-first atmosphere where people feel heard and valued.

• Previous experience in veterinary, dental, healthcare, or hospitality leadership.
• Familiarity with tools like Dayforce, Microsoft Suite, or PIMS.
• You love animals-and the people who love them even more.
