Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, the Manager of Procurement Services is essential for leading the procurement unit  will develop and maintain procurement policies, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and guide faculties in acquiring high-quality goods and services. Your leadership will promote financial integrity and operational transparency across the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement policies to ensure transparency

• Oversee compliance with procurement legislation

• Provide strategic procurement guidance to departments

• Lead competitive processes and vendor negotiations

• Cultivate a customer service-focused environment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related area

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive procurement experience

• At least 2 years in a leadership role

• CPPB certification or equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and practices
