Take charge of field operations as an Operations Manager with AWP Safety, leading safety initiatives across North America. Inspire and develop your team while ensuring seamless traffic control services.
Join AWP Safety as an Operations Manager (Field Supervisor) and play a vital role in managing over 50 Protectors in the field. This position is rooted in your passion for safety and leading successful teams. You will be expected to conduct training, conduct site inspections, and ensure that operations meet quality and safety standards while promoting excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise field crews and safety protocols
• Perform regular inspections and site visits
• Engage in team recruiting and onboarding processes
• Provide outstanding service in addressing customer concerns
• Oversee daily operational planning and scheduling
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED essential
• Experience supervising teams of 20+ needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on safe working practices
• Valid driver’s license meeting AWP standards
