• Directly supervise field crews and safety protocols

• Perform regular inspections and site visits

• Engage in team recruiting and onboarding processes

• Provide outstanding service in addressing customer concerns

• Oversee daily operational planning and scheduling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED essential

• Experience supervising teams of 20+ needed

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong focus on safe working practices

• Valid driver’s license meeting AWP standards
