As the Local Manager, your leadership will ensure families create lasting memories during their visits to Santa. You will supervise daily operations, manage sales, and coach team members to provide outstanding guest interactions. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee staff schedules for efficiency

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes

• Monitor sales and cash handling accuracy

• Build and maintain relationships with venue partners

• Address guest concerns while providing solutions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including holidays

• Previous management experience in a relevant field

• Ability to stand and lift equipment as needed
