As the Donor Development Manager, you will implement the organization’s Fund Development Strategy with direct support from the CEO. You will engage with major donors and nurture connections that promote the Nature Trust's mission of conserving significant lands. Your creativity and analytical mindset will foster new partnerships and diverse funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Fund Development Strategy alongside the CEO

• Engage and secure major donor gifts and sponsor ships

• Build productive donor relationships throughout New Brunswick

• Manage legacy giving programs and donor stewardship

• Oversee donor database operations via Salesforce

Requirements:

• Proven fundraising strategy and implementation skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Experienced in securing large funding sources

• Organized and data-driven analytical skills

• Knowledge of land conservation practices is an asset
