Lead Research Associate Director MMFC

Elevate research efforts in family violence at the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre as an Associate Director in Fredericton. Engage with community partners and manage educational initiatives in a flexible environment.

This role involves significant collaboration with the Director and stakeholders to enhance community-based research and education. A Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with five years in a collaborative role. Your focus will be on promoting anti-oppression efforts and driving knowledge dissemination through various training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate partnerships to inform research and outreach efforts

• Coordinate MMFC operations and financial management

• Organize in-person and webinar training programs

• Participate in community events and share knowledge

• Engage with government and service providers for impact

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s with five years' relevant experience

• Proven ability in networking and project collaboration

• Strong communication abilities in sensitive situations

• Familiarity with family violence stakeholders

• Bilingual skills in English and French
