This role involves significant collaboration with the Director and stakeholders to enhance community-based research and education. A Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with five years in a collaborative role. Your focus will be on promoting anti-oppression efforts and driving knowledge dissemination through various training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate partnerships to inform research and outreach efforts
• Coordinate MMFC operations and financial management
• Organize in-person and webinar training programs
• Participate in community events and share knowledge
• Engage with government and service providers for impact
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s with five years' relevant experience
• Proven ability in networking and project collaboration
• Strong communication abilities in sensitive situations
• Familiarity with family violence stakeholders
• Bilingual skills in English and French
