As a Development Officer with NBCC, you will actively cultivate connections with donors, community partners, and organizations to promote educational advancement. Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and engage stakeholders for philanthropic gifts

• Respond to inquiries from current and prospective donors

• Manage a portfolio of donor relationships

• Support internal fundraising requests and identify strategic donor needs

• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a related field

• Minimum three years in fundraising or related experience

• Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and secure commitments

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Valid New Brunswick driver's license for potential travel
