** The Sales Agent Senior Consultant II is accountable for producing sales, marketing, and prospecting to attract and generate new Allstate customers. The sales Agent is required to generate sales leads through the development of their Centers of Influence network in order to deliver the highest-level plan results and performance metrics.

Build and manage your own pipeline through aggressive prospecting, cold outreach, and community involvement.

Be visible in your community by attending events and networking to continually build your client base.

What You Bring:
