Job Description
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating sales leads by engaging with potential prospects and representing Appcast’s products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Represent Appcast’s products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.Utilize various sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, etc.), cold calling, email, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.Identify prospect’s needs and qualify viable sales opportunities.Build short and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.Qualifications
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and connect well with people.Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques, coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude.Driven to succeed and achieve targets.Self-motivated, driven and has a “go-getter” attitude.Professional, articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients.Comfortable working with multiple departments.Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, quota driven environment.Keen interest in software and technology.Education and Experience
2 years of experience selling in a corporate/b2b space.Experience with Software (SaaS, Hosted or Installed), Recruitment Analytics, and Talent Acquisition is a plus.Additional Information
