We offer a 1st Year Bonus of $24,000, and in 2025, our 12,000 agents earned an average of $124,000. Your salary will be based on performance and includes benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.

Responsibilities

Support your portfolio of clients to uphold their financial plans

Engage with the local community to educate individuals about our financial products and services

Acquire knowledge of effective prospecting techniques

Broaden your professional network using established name-gathering methods

Participate in training sessions and skill development programs

Maintain active Life and Health Licenses in North Carolina

Obtain additional licenses like SIE, S6 or S7, & S63 to expand your business opportunities

Collaborate with businesses, families, and individuals

Qualifications

$70,000 - $124,800 at plan yearly
