As part of the sales team, you will manage the complete sales process from initial discovery through to final closing. Your task will involve working closely with clients, understanding their security needs, and tailoring solutions that maximize value. Experience in commercial security and a consultative approach will set you up for success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate system design
• Negotiate terms and manage procurement processes
• Maintain updated records in CRM for pipeline management
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in technical sales
• Understanding of security integration and management platforms
• Proven track record managing sales cycles successfully
• Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
• Driver’s license and ability to travel within BC for work
