Do you want to sell the difference? Atlantic Growth Solutions (AGS) is growing, which means our team is expanding! We are looking for a motivated sales person to sell our internal services.
AGS helps businesses build stronger revenue pipelines by delivering tailored solutions across the revenue funnel, from lead generation to executive qualification and client onboarding.
Responsibilities- Identify how AGS solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships by finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Utilize various sales tools (Hub Spot, Gong, etc.), cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects' needs and qualify viable sales opportunities.
- Build short- and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and connect well with people.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
- Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques, coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude.
- Driven to succeed and achieve targets.
- Self‑motivated, with a "go‑getter" attitude.
- Professional, articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients.
- Comfortable working with multiple departments.
- Ability to be successful in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
