Counter Sales Associate

Become a key part of Rexel Canada as a Counter/Inside Sales Associate in Fredericton. Build relationships with customers while assisting with inquiries and processing orders in a supportive role.

At Rexel Canada's Atlantic Division, you will assist customers directly at the counter and on the phone. This position requires 1-2 years of inside or counter sales experience, effective communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also support field sales and project management teams while maintaining the customer database and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries in-person, by phone, and at the counter

• Maintain accurate customer databases and process orders diligently

• Reflect corporate image while enhancing customer experiences

• Provide updates and status notifications on orders

• Support sales initiatives as a Brand Ambassador

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in inside or counter sales

• Knowledge of electrical products is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

• Experience with inventory management systems preferred
