ReCar, Atlantic Canada's fastest-growing used vehicle retailer, is seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Manager for our Fredericton location.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall management of the branch, including all customer and team member interactions.
  • Ensure that the branch is achieving its volume and profitability targets.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in all management duties of the sales team.
  • Ensure all team members follow our documented and successful sales process.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout our guest experience, including world-class vehicle deliveries.
  • Manage the branch’s technology tools, including our CRM and related systems.
  • Maintain high standards for lot display, presentation and merchandising.
  • Oversee finance office management, ensuring that guests are offered all credit and asset protection products in a 5-star service environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Focus on leading the sales team and selling vehicles; administrative work, service and parts coordination, internal politics, and inventory management are handled by the head office.
Compensation

An exceptional compensation package is offered for this position, consisting of a base salary and an aggressive commission structure. Annual earnings range from $120,000–$160,000, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

A strong history of success in the automotive industry, specifically in sales or management, is required. If you are a top performer with automotive retail and/or management experience and you are excited by the prospect of joining a dynamic and growing company, we would like to meet you.
