Join a focused team as an Outside Parts Sales Consultant, engaging directly with clients in the heavy-duty truck sector. This role emphasizes customer relations and effective sales strategies.
You will establish strong connections with assigned accounts through regular visits and reporting. Your focus will encompass survey initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, new account targets, and the delivery of purchased parts. Keeping a tidy company vehicle and assisting with inventory management are critical components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain weekly reports on local market pricing
• Conduct bi-weekly visits for client relationship management
• Identify and target potential new customers
• Initiate and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
• Deliver parts in accordance with customer requests
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Preferred experience with truck parts inventory
• Knowledge of heavy to medium-duty truck parts
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven success in sales objectives
Drive sales growth by building relationships and effectively managing inventory for truck parts.
