As a PSSR, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with customers across Restigouche, Gloucester, and Northumberland County. Your focus will be on increasing sales of parts and service solutions through exceptional relationship management and technical insight. You’ll have the opportunity to promote the premium Caterpillar brand and utilize our robust training resources for continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote parts sales and customer support effectively

• Collaborate on marketing and prospecting plans

• Conduct presentations on Caterpillar services

• Monitor competitive pricing and ensure fairness

• Develop yearly territory plans aligned with corporate goals

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• Minimum 5 years in product support sales

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Fully bilingual in French and English

• Strong technical and communication skills
