This advanced level sales role requires a strong knowledge of automotive systems and inventory management. As a key holder, you'll oversee essential store operations while delivering best-in-class service to customers both in-store and online. You will troubleshoot automotive issues, fulfill special orders, and assist in maintaining store appearance and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service and DIY problem resolution

• Assist in store inventory processes like cycle counts

• Provide GAS3 selling experience for customers

• Support key holder responsibilities including safety tasks

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• 3-5 years automotive parts experience

• ASE certification preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability

• Effective use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
