Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and DIY issue resolution
• Provide a comprehensive GAS3 selling experience
• Meet personal and store sales targets
• Oversee store appearance and safety standards
• Handle key holder responsibilities, including task assignment
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• Advanced selling skills specific to DIY customers
• ASE certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
