In this full-time office-based role, you will drive new business through networking and client referrals while assessing individual and business insurance requirements. You'll recommend appropriate coverage products and maintain accurate client records, supporting a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and network to generate new business
• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs
• Recommend various insurance products based on requirements
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain benefits
• Maintain long-term client relationships with excellent service
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• Valid insurance license or ability to obtain it
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
