Become a vital part of Rexel's team as an Inside Sales Associate in Fredericton, where you will focus on customer relationships and sales support. This key role involves in-person and remote customer engagement.

As a Counter/Inside Sales Associate at Rexel Canada – Atlantic Division, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries and processing orders while supporting field sales and project management teams. You'll help create lasting relationships with customers and play a role in evolving our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to handle product inquiries and sales

• Process orders and maintain the customer database accurately

• Act as a brand ambassador for Rexel during all interactions

• Provide timely notifications about order statuses and logistics

• Communicate effectively to strengthen customer relationships

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of counter or inside sales experience

• Product knowledge in electrical solutions is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Experience with AS400 or similar inventory systems preferred
