As part of WSP's Ecology team, you will leverage your expertise in spatial ecology, AI, and machine learning to innovate ecological assessments.
Your role will involve analyzing significant datasets and implementing advanced workflows to enhance the efficiency of environmental decisions across various projects in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret ecological datasets effectively
• Design and execute GIS and Python workflows
• Implement machine learning for ecological modeling
• Produce visual data representations using R/Python
• Document analytical processes in comprehensive reports
Requirements:
• Master’s in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5–10 years in spatial ecology or consulting
• Proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS tools
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience handling large geospatial datasets
