Wage: $25 – $50 (depending on level of experience)

Job Overview
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort for our residential customers. Your expertise and skills will be utilized to install, maintain, and service heat pumps, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a positive impact on the environment.
Responsibilities
Install and set up residential heat pump systems, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heat pump systems to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heat pumps, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills to provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their heat pump systems, offering guidance on energy‑efficient practices and optimal usage.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Heat Pump Technician or in a related HVAC field.
Red Seal Certification is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of heat pump systems, their components, and their operation.
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to heat pumps.
Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
