As part of our growing dealership, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Kubota equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Kubota tractors at customer locations

• Perform routine service and preventative maintenance checks

• Document repairs and parts accurately

• Effectively communicate with customers about their equipment needs

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service quality

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with heavy/agricultural equipment;
Kubota knowledge is a plus

• Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
