Compensation:
Journeyperson Total Package - $74.92/hr (UA 516 agreement)

Where You Will Apply Your Skills
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and multi‑unit settings
Service gas‑fired heating systems and boilers
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
Work safely in a variety of environments, including heights and confined spaces
Required Experience and Certifications
2+ years with a Journeyperson HVAC ticket with previous HVAC commercial and multi‑unit complex experience
Strong problem‑solving skills
Gas Class B or A ticket
Driver’s license and a clean abstract
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
Full‑face respirator usage is mandatory for some jobs
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
