Red Seal Technician (1‑2 Year Term)
Are you a certified Red Seal Heavy Equipment or Truck and Trailer Technician looking for a stable, well‑paid Red Seal role with a clear end goal and a financial reward for seeing it through? We’re offering 12‑24 month term opportunities for skilled Red Seal tradespeople who want to set their own schedule, earn above market pay, and receive a retention bonus upon successful completion of the term.

What We Offer

Fixed‑term opportunities of Twelve (12) or Twenty‑Four (24) months with full‑time hours (minimum 32 hours per week)

Above‑market hourly wage based on experience and trade certification(s). May be eligible for an additional bonus if certified in Cummins and/or Paccar.

Retention bonus paid at the end of the fixed employment term (up to $5,000) upon successful completion of each twelve‑month period.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in accordance with Red Seal standards.

Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Diagnose issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.

Complete accurate documentation and service reports.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled trades team.

Qualifications

Valid Red Seal certification (preferred).

Minimum of ten (10) years of hands‑on experience (for those without Red Seal certification).

Strong problem‑solving and technical skills.

Commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship.

Ability to commit to the full employment term.
