Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting Wood Framing Carpenters for upcoming residential and commercial construction projects in Fredericton, NB. If you have experience in wood framing, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials.
• Construct and install walls, floors, roof systems, and other structural framing.
• Install windows, doors, and other building components as required.
• Inspect and repair damaged framing or structural elements.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, man lifts, telehandlers, and articulating boom lifts.
• Ensure all work meets building codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a Wood Framing Carpenter.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, building codes, and safety practices.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, man lifts, telehandlers, and articulating boom lifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship or vocational training is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• $19.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
• Occupational Health and Safety Training
