Position: Full-Time Industrial Mechanic Role

As an Industrial Mechanic in Capital Planning & Operations, your expertise will be crucial for maintaining efficient mechanical systems like generators, heating plants, and kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and systems

• Supervise Trades Helpers and manage workloads

• Investigate mechanical failures in equipment

• Assist in developing the CHP lockout program

• Apply necessary safety precautions in all tasks

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Industrial Mechanic Trade licenses

• Minimum three years of Journeyperson-level experience

• Knowledge of relevant building codes

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

• Capable of working in physically demanding conditions
