• Install and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Measure reference points and prepare quotations
• Assemble refrigeration and air conditioning components
• Coach and mentor apprentices
• Perform welding, brazing, and piping work
• Conduct system startup, leak testing, and maintenance
• Handle refrigerant recovery and storage

• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification

Fredericton, NB (50 km service radius) Full-time, Permanent Competitive — no on-call or after-hours required

• Install, service, diagnose, and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning units
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Deliver excellent customer communication throughout every visit

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Install, replace, and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
• Test voltage, loads, and circuit integrity
• Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults
• Install surface mount and overhead cables
• Supervise and instruct apprentices
• Read and interpret blueprints

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain accurate work records

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred
• Read and interpret blueprints for plumbing systems
• Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial fixtures
• Join pipes using soldering, brazing, and welding
• Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges
• Instruct and mentor apprentices
• Estimate costs and materials

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
