Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues using Caterpillar diagnostic equipment

• Maintain high safety standards in daily operations

• Repair and service equipment both in the field and in shop

• Directly support customers to ensure satisfaction

• Engage in training programs for professional growth
Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License

• Preferred Red Seal truck and transport certification

• 1-3 years experience in heavy equipment servicing

• Familiarity with Caterpillar systems (ET and SIS)

• Strong commitment to health and safety initiatives
