In this role, you will be instrumental in providing detailed technical support to various HVAC professionals. With your strong analytical skills, you will help solve unique challenges, guide equipment selection, and communicate essential product knowledge to the sales team and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for HVAC technical inquiries
• Help contractors with equipment installation and operation
