Join Killam Apartment REIT’s Fredericton maintenance team in a full-time capacity. This role calls for candidates experienced in hands-on maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. You will also participate in snow removal during winter months and be part of the on-call rotation approximately every 8-9 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fit and install trim items like doors and molding
• Maintain and repair residential properties effectively
• Conduct general maintenance and painting tasks
• Execute flooring installation duties as needed
• Participate in snow removal and on-call services
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• General trades knowledge, especially in plumbing
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
• Renovation experience considered an asset
