Experienced Crew Leader

Position: Experienced Crew Leader Wanted
Join Wright Tree Service of Canada as an Experienced Crew Leader to make an impact in vegetation management. This role emphasizes effective leadership and adherence to safety protocols.

As a Crew Leader, you will oversee crew performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work procedures. Your responsibilities include coaching employees on essential skills, conducting safety training, and helping foster a culture of safety. Occasional travel may be required to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce standards and policies regarding safety

• Assist in daily project execution and goal setting

• Monitor and document crew performance in real time

• Facilitate training for Utility Arborist Apprentices

• Ensure equipment and tools are used safely

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in tree service roles

• Must hold Certified Utility Arborist certification

• Capable of first-aid and CPR training within 90 days

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
