Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician - Killam REIT

As a full-time Maintenance Technician with Killam Apartment REIT, you will be pivotal to the Fredericton maintenance team. Candidates must possess experience in residential repairs, plumbing, and general upkeep. You're also expected to participate in seasonal snow removal and an on-call rotation approximately every 8-9 weeks, demonstrating your commitment to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and install trim elements, including doors and hardware

• Carry out residential maintenance and renovation tasks

• Manage general painting and upkeep activities

• Execute flooring installations as required

• Participate in snow removal and on-call schedules

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar maintenance role vital

• Strong ability to work both independently and with others

• General trades skills, particularly plumbing knowledge

• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

• Renovation experience preferred
