KMLP is seeking skilled Dozer Operators with a minimum of 8 years of experience, particularly in fine grade work and finishing. As an integral team member, you will engage in various civil construction tasks, including back filling and gravel spreading.

Your role will also involve inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backfill and spread gravel effectively on-site

• Operate machinery smoothly and safely

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks

• Report maintenance needs to your Supervisor

• Maintain awareness of site surroundings and protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of dozer operating experience

• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety

• Experience with off-highway trucks or loaders is an asset

• Understanding of ground disturbance issues

• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
