Position: Electronic Technician for Brandt Equipment
Location: Hanwell Rural Community

Take on the role of Electronic Technician at Brandt, focusing on service and repair of control systems for heavy machinery across New Brunswick and PEI. This hands-on position involves both fieldwork and shop activities.

As a technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, installations, and repairs of electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components on heavy equipment.

Your role will include customer support, opening work orders, and training other technicians in best practices. Field travel is an essential part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on electronic systems

• Maintain comprehensive work orders and reports

• Deliver customer support via phone and in-person

• Supervise and mentor team members as needed

• Ensure all tasks meet quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in electronics or related discipline

• Completion of a technical program in electronics

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
