Finance Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance Accounting Manager to join our growing team! This role will play a key part in managing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and helping drive efficient month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances
  
  Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries as needed
• Identify and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and management on financial reporting needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
