Full-Time During Tax Season | Flexible Hours Outside of Tax Season

We are seeking a friendly, dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing CPA firm.

About the Role


The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting our accounting and administrative teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities
  • Cover reception duties when required
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Maintain client records and organize documents
  • Manage tax season workflow and assist with administrative projects
  • Process mail, correspondence, and electronic communications
  • Support partners and staff with various office tasks
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with onboarding and training interns and seasonal staff
  • Provide guidance on office procedures, software applications and administrative workflows
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent computer skills, and ability to learn and use new software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a CPA, legal, or professional services firm is a plus
  • Familiarity with tax and/or bookkeeping software is a plus
