Through hands-on learning across major operational departments, you will gain a full understanding ofstorefunctions and develop the analytical and leadership skills needed toexcel.#

Begin with a structured onboarding experience designed to introduce you to dealership operations, customer service fundamentals, and key business processes. This phase includes hands-on learning, job shadowing, and guided training sessions. Gain well-rounded operational knowledge through rotations in:

- ** Sales** – Learn customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales processes.

- ** Back Office** – Experience administrative functions, reporting, and operational support.
