Job Description:

Seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Commercial Banking (Cash management) subdomains. Product Owner capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities include leading consulting teams, discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solutions, creating design and process artifacts, and supporting knowledge transfer to deliver value-adding solutions for clients. On-site presence is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience may substitute for each year of education.
• 12-15 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Experience:

• Extensive experience (12-15+ years) as a Business Analyst in commercial banking/digital applications.
• Experience in client consultation, data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews related to treasury and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on treasury and cash management.
• Deep understanding of cash management subdomains such as receivables, payables, liquidity management, and online banking architectures.
• Strong communication skills, ability to articulate at leadership level, and experience in business process optimization and automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process mapping.
• Willingness to travel regularly in a consulting environment.
