Logistics and Inventory Control Manager – Somerset, NJAs a Logistics and Inventory Control Manager you will lead all material movement, warehousing, and inventory operations within a GMP‑regulated environment, ensuring accurate flow, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, and supporting our clients’ manufacturing and development programs.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage logistics operations in compliance with GMP/GDP and company SOPs.
- Partner with Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure materials meet production timelines.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, documentation, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics or materials management within a pharma, biotech, or CDMO environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and ERP/WMS systems.
- Proven leadership and process improvement skills.
