We are seeking an organized and relationship-driven
** Strategic Alliance Partnership (SAP) Coordinator
** to support the growth and success of our partnership program. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring timely delivery of program elements, and uncovering new opportunities for collaboration. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing project management, relationship building, and creative problem-solving.
** What You’ll Do**
* ** Partnership Management:
** Support day-to-day operations of the SAP program, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships are maintained through outstanding communication and service.
* ** Program Execution:
** Coordinate partner agreements, communications, and deliverables including logos, mailing lists, microsite updates, and marketing assets.
* ** Business Development:
** Identify and nurture new partnership opportunities, including print, digital, custom projects, and collaborative marketing initiatives.
* ** Prospecting & Outreach:
** Research prospective partners, connect with key stakeholders, and support the development and execution of partnership agreements.
* ** Special Programs & Events:
** Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams to drive recruitment, manage partner deliverables, and provide onsite event support when needed (
