JS Pro Construction is a growing, family-owned residential construction company specializing in high-end custom homes along the Jersey Shore. Known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client-first service, we're looking to expand our remote team with an experienced Construction Estimator who shares our values of accuracy, transparency, and excellence.

This is a 100% remote position open to applicants authorized to work in the U.S. You'll collaborate virtually with our project management team and may occasionally visit job sites depending on project needs and location.

• Analyze architectural and engineering plans to determine project scope
• Create accurate material take-offs and solicit subcontractor/supplier bids
• Build detailed labor and materials budgets, general conditions, and other direct costs
• Compare estimates, refine pricing, and ensure proposals are competitive and professional
• Collaborate with project managers to align estimate scopes with construction realities
• Support cost-tracking efforts by comparing actual costs to budgets
• Participate in virtual team meetings and maintain documentation via cloud-based systems

• 3+ years of experience estimating high-end residential construction
• Deep understanding of trade scopes, construction methods, and luxury material specs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  , and cloud-based file systems (One Drive, SharePoint)
• Experience using construction software like Job Tread
  , Builder Trend
  , or Procore
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
