- Prepare and complete detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate software.
- Interpret scopes of work from adjusters, contractors, and other documentation sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates meet quality and compliance standards.
- Review and analyze documentation (photos, sketches, reports) to support estimate creation.
- Provide written summaries and justifications for each estimate as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with pricing changes, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of estimates and revisions in accordance with project timelines.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Xactimate software is a MUST
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates or projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
- Background in property insurance, restoration, or construction industries
- Familiarity with estimating guidelines and insurance claim processes.
