As a Project Manager with Marlin Construction
Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.
Risk Management
Comprehensive understanding of Civil Drawings and Geotechnical reports
Preconstruction Management
Contract Management
Field Knowledge of Utility Installations and Earthwork
Time Management
We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.
Minimum of 5 years of work in Site Work
Use of B2W
Use of takeoff software
Knowledge of dewatering, underground utilities, mass earthwork
Management of Multiple Projects
Projects to $15mm
Salary & Compensation for your efforts.
