As we expand, we’re seeking a full‑time Competition Dance Team Director to lead, inspire, and elevate our competitive team to new heights.

• Lead and manage DB Studios’ competitive dance teams, ages 7–18.
• Choreograph unique, innovative routines across multiple genres (jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip‑hop, etc.).
• Oversee training schedules, competition planning, rehearsals, and team auditions.
• Mentor and inspire students to reach their highest potential—technically, creatively, and personally.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and studio leadership to continue evolving the DB Studios brand and artistic vision.
• Communicate with parents and team members to foster a positive, respectful, and professional studio culture.

• A passionate, energetic, and experienced dance educator and choreographer with a strong competitive background.
• Someone who’s confident leading a team, giving corrections, and mentoring dancers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excited about innovation and ready to bring fresh ideas to our competition program.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for dance studios and comp seasons).

• Experience directing competition teams.
• Acrobatic or hip‑hop training.
• Prior experience working in a fast‑growing studio environment.
