Customer Service Representative
Bergen County, NJ | $18–$20/ hour (DOE) | Contract-to-Hire
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support inbound customer communications and assist with account or service-related inquiries. This role is ideal for a dependable, professional individual looking to build a strong foundation in a structured, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails
- Provide clear, accurate information and resolve routine inquiries efficiently
- Document customer interactions and updates in internal systems or CRM tools
- Identify and elevate issues when appropriate, following established procedures
- Deliver a consistently positive, professional customer experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or office support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable navigating phone systems and computer-based tools
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Hands‑on training and support to help you succeed
- Exposure to a professional office or corporate environment
