PositionNow Hiring - Service BDC Rep/Appointment Coordinator
Compensation$19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
Schedule10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.

We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with impeccable follow-up skills, strong verbal and written communication, and high computer proficiency. Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus, and a great attitude is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications- Automotive Service BDC experience required
- Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
- Highly organized with attention to detail
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. Other InformationThe hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
